Our Mission

Meant for those who enjoy endurance sports, Zone 5 Rehab and Performance was founded on the principle of giving it your all. Heart rate training, common among endurance athletes, is meant to maximize your performance and become in tune with your body when placed under challenge. Heart rate zones are labeled one through 5, with 5 being maximal intensity. While the heart rate zone 5 isn’t where you want to spend most of your time, why not apply the zone 5 mindset to your training. Give it your all. 100%. Max effort.

That is what we are offering you.

We built a practice that allows us to give you our all, 100% of the time. Rehab on your own time, without the barriers put in place by insurance that impact your treatment in traditional physical therapy practices. With us, you will enjoy benefits like virtual calls and messaging with your provider, running analysis, progressive exercise prescription consistently updated and individualized to you, and more. Schedule a free discovery call with us today to talk with a doctor of physical therapy and learn how you can reach your goals.
